- ACAshley Cordova5 days ago1.0I just returned home from visiting your location, and our order was completely incorrect. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered said, “I am the manager, what do you need?” in a very dismissive tone. When I asked for his name, he repeated, “What do you need,” instead of identifying himself. This interaction was extremely unprofessional. I need someone who is professional and cares about customer service to contact me as soon as possible.

The girl that started my bowl was throwing the utensils around she was in such a hurry. There wasn't a single smile from anyone absolutely 0 customer service. I work in customer service i'm always extra nice when I go out because I know how it is. I dont understand why people work in customer service that act like that. Find a new job. The hard working people that come in for dinner dont deserve the attitude that was present last night. I hope this is looked into as there are many reviews that complain about the customer service.
