  Ate there today, ordered a chicken cordon blu, crinkle cut fries and drink. I specifically asked for the fries to be made fresh, they’ve always previously fulfilled my request in the past, today the cashier(new) said “that shouldn’t be a problem, were so busy everything is fresh right now”. Well the fries were NOT fresh at all. If the customer asks for fresh fries drop a new basket in the fryer! Simple as that. On top of that the fried chicken in the sandwich was awful, fried too long so it was extremely tough and chewy. Had to take it out of the sandwich, totally inedible. This is not a good Arbys. Oh and their prices are higher than other nearby locations!

  Staff are friend and seem to care about good service. Dining area has always been clean. Food is fresh.
