  First time buyers and will be back for sure! A bit pricier than other options but worth it! Filets and ground bison are outstanding!

  This place is awesome. My wife called for me while I was gutting my deer and they were kind and explained the process to her for drop off, processing, and payment. Got an appointment for Tuesday, easy drop off, and processing was done Friday morning for pick up. Staff is polite and friendly, great prices, and everything is well-packaged and delicious. Highly recommend! Will be back to snag some of their other products for the holidays.

  My family has purchased cooked pulled pork and brisket for a few events over the last few years. I come from a family of ranchers, so we are a picky group! The meat is always very good and packaged nicely. I also must point out that the price points are excellent compared to other BBQ catering. They always do a great job of helping plan timing/cooking/pickup. I wanted to take a moment to thank Lisa, who was a huge help for my mother's funeral back in July. She passed suddenly with no warning, and we were quickly planning a funeral for 300+ people. It was chaotic to say the least, and through all my phone calls and back and forth, she was incredibly kind and patient. I'm sure we weren't easy to deal with, so I wanted to take a moment and say thank you! I'm sure we'll be back for other events in the future.

  Friendly staff and a quick turn around. They even loaded the finished product into the car for me because I was on lifting restrictions for a previous surgery.
