We asked for no cheese on the personal pizza due to one of the kids being lactose small pizza comes out 20 min after the large and it has cheese on it . They said they would remake it , we didn’t get the pizza till we were leaving and it was burnt to crap the lady said she was sorry the guys shut the oven off on it and she didn’t know

They gave me cheese sticks instead of bread sticks I ordered mild wings and didn't get them at all. This was a delivery but ended up being door dash. we called and they said they couldn't do anything because they were closing so they made a ticket for the manager the next day who turns out wasn't in the store and won't be for a few days so they still couldn't do anything. I ordered and paid for a meal that I still have not gotten. Not happy I paid ridiculous prices for food and service I never got.

We ordered 3 pizza online received them 30 min late plus customer service is horrible, skimpy skimpy toppings, dirty location franchise greed has hit this location but man they r fast at grabbing the money from ur account. Honestly I am surprised this location has not closed down. You hardly see any vehicle during the day or evening plus online reviews are spot on. We like Dominoes and every now and then hit up Little Caesars way better then pizza hut. Plus they have customer service and do care about their customers.

Finally got it at 6:39, after staff said it was “still in the oven.” Pizza was overcooked. It was as dry as saltine crackers, and the crust crumbled just like a saltine cracker. Saturday night or not….don’t over promise and under deliver. I would have been satisfied had I been told order would be 30-40 minutes, as long as pizza was fresh. Would have gladly accepted some free breadsticks, for the inconvenience, but nothing was even offered.
