My biggest complaint about this McDonald's is that the customers didn't choose for the McDonald's to go to the self ordering kiosks and to not allow customers to get their own drinks....so it shouldn't take someone 5+ minutes stand there to try and get someones attention for a drink refill. It seems like they ignore people standing at the front counter.
