Lobster ravioli was out of this world, sauce was fantastic. Steak cooked to perfection. Lobster tail was actually a decent size. Not the typical one bite and done like most places in CO.

Also, having drinks with dinner was Less than good. A Long Island Iced Tea was very bitter and Not sweet at all. So I requested a Screwdriver double tall, easy right?!? I got a screwdriver double short! It was pastel orange vodka. Disappointed, especially considering the price! I think they may have been short-handed that nite. At least, I hope that was the issue.

Nikolas (Nik) took a vested interest in making sure that I enjoyed appetizers and drinks. I’m not much of a drinker, however, wanted to enjoy social drinks with friends. He recommended the apple martini - and just wow! After working 3 / 12 hour days in a row…I felt that Nik could tell I needed to unwind and enjoy a wonderful night with friends. I’m extremely grateful for Nik as he made me feel special, even though Bonefish was packed with a few hundred people. I want to recognize Nikolas and tell him thank you. I will only go to Bonefish when Nik is working because he is that awesome of a person. I share this with all my friends just to say you are in for a fun experience, as Nik is a gentleman. - MHMarianne HNov 13, 20253.0We arrived quite early for dinner. Only one booth was taken in the dining room. After a considerable amount of time, the hostess suggested we sit in the bar area. When questioned, she stated all those tables had reservations. Fine, we sat ourselves in the bar. Food was okay. However, upon leaving about an hour and a half later...... the tables in the dining room - still over 3/4 empty. Why would the hostess lie to us? That really put a damper on the whole experience.

In a time now where service is usually very average at best, this was a delightful surprise. If you ever visit the Loveland location and are lucky enough to have Ryan as your server, I know you will leave happy and with a huge smile on your face! Thanks to her my family and I had an incredible and very enjoyable evening!
