I went through the drivethrough and ordered a medium combo meal. The employee informed me that they were out of medium fry containers so I said "okay, can you just put the frys in something else?" And he informed me that he wouldn't and that if I wanted to order food I was required to upgrade all my meals to large combos. So because they hadn't ordered enough fry containers I was expected to pay extra to make up for their mistake. I gladly took my business elsewhere.

Joe runs a tight shift. Even with a full screen of orders he kept everyone motivated and moving. Good to see good leadership still exists!
