Never had a worse experience at a Mcdonalds. 8v15pm on a Thursday night. Not busy at all. Walked in and the music coming from the kitchen area was so loud. The people working seemed to think they were at a party. It took over 25 minutes to get a spicy McCrispy. Then the bun was cold like they just took it out of the refrigerator or something. The manager didnt even seem to care. We got another one. This one the chicken was way over cooked and there was only one or two drops of sauce. At this point my kid didnt want to wait any longer for a third sandwich and only made it about half way through before she couldn't eat anymore. Like she said, let's just go to Evergreen and not come back to this one. Which we wont.

Look I get it, I’m not coming to McDonald’s for high quality food but it at least has to be hot. The fries we were served felt like they came out of the fryer yesterday. The workers were just immediately serving every ticket as it popped up on the screen to make their serving time look better. Don’t sacrifice quality for a fake perception of speed. The bar is already low, this one still managed to limbo below it.

Food was lukewarm, service wasnt great. When I asked for Ketchup, they brought me a wad of packets fused together with what smelled like spoiled sauce. Gross. All for the low price of 45 bucks. Filled our stomachs, but that was about it. This place used to be better.

Every one of us are waiting in a stall for our food. There is no reason we should be waiting for food when they are.As slow as they are today. Also , the lady with pink hair is screaming through the microphone. I told her she was very loud and she got louder.
