  First time there got the wrong order. The manager there today at 12 was a not helpful or decent. She charged me 4 dollars to correct their mistake. I paid her the 4$ and told her Mcdonalds owes me the 35 dollar hr I missed at work to get the right food. Nasty attituds, crap service that took way to long. I wasnt expecting anything special it it McDonalds all I wanted was a quick lunch but they out did themselves on the lunch shift today. I will never eat at that or any other McDonalds ever again.

  The manager, Alfonso, treated me terribly. I ordered a hamburger, and he mistook me for one of his employees and yelled at me, thinking I wasn't at my "post." He shouted at me, and when he realized his mistake, he pretended nothing had happened. Besides the poor treatment, the food was passable but not the best.

  If i could leave a lower star as a local i would. Ive left a horible review before and im back again! Told me i couldn't get an apple pie cause it would take them 12 minutes to make then took 15 minutes to get my food from the drive thru. You guys are an absolute joke. Edit: food was cold and there was a hair in my mcdouble

  I stopped by this McDonald’s around 11:30 PM while heading to an Airbnb. A male with black hair took my order and charged me. There was a female on the second window both spoke spanish. Since grocery stores were closed and we were checking in late due to flight delays, I needed food to get my family through the night. I placed a fairly large order given the circumstances: - Hot & Spicy Bundle Meal (Hot & Spicy sandwich + 20 nuggets) - 10-piece Nugget Combo - Double Quarter Pounder - Coffee with 2 sugars and 1 creamer After driving 45 minutes to an hour in inclement weather, we finally arrived at the Airbnb, exhausted and ready to eat. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment: - The Hot & Spicy sandwiches had no chicken patties—just lettuce, mayo, and bread. - The Double Quarter Pounder had meat, but it was served plain, missing the expected toppings. - The coffee was overly sweet despite my specific request for 2 sugars and 1 creamer. - The nuggets and fries, which we tried during the drive, were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been reheated in old oil. In total, I spent $80 on food that was practically inedible. Bread with lettuce, soggy nuggets, and greasy fries are unacceptable, especially when this was the only meal option available to us that night. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would like a refund for this order, as the quality and accuracy of the food did not meet even the most basic expectations.
