  Every single time I go to this subway, Denise gets our order wrong, always puts on lettuce when I never wanted it, puts half the amount of needed ingredients, and always gives me attitude, shaking her head because she couldn’t understand me

  I get off of my 13 hour shift and i have to deal with the brattiest worker I’ve ever met. Her tone and mangers were really horrible. She needs a reality check because if I can be nice after working 13 hours you can be nice while you make my sandwich.. her name is Brittany, maybe consider cutting this workers hours! (or take her off the schedule entirely) The other workers were really nice however! :)

  Employee emerged from back after several minutes waiting at the counter to inform me she's "out" for 15 minutes and I'd have to wait another 5 minutes to order, yet was behind counter working. No explanation, no back in 15 sign, open sign light up and flashing.
