    Every single time I go to this subway, Denise gets our order wrong, always puts on lettuce when I never wanted it, puts half the amount of needed ingredients, and always gives me attitude, shaking her head because she couldn’t understand me

    I get off of my 13 hour shift and i have to deal with the brattiest worker I’ve ever met. Her tone and mangers were really horrible. She needs a reality check because if I can be nice after working 13 hours you can be nice while you make my sandwich.. her name is Brittany, maybe consider cutting this workers hours! (or take her off the schedule entirely) The other workers were really nice however! :)

    I had a crew of farmers to feed. I knew it would be a large order so I attempted to call ahead. I was told they don't take call-aheads, only catering orders which this was not technically a catering order so I decided to just go in. When I first got there, no one else was at the counter. I ordered my sandwiches and the first two employees had no problem making them. The third however, kept making rude comments to the other employees about the inconvenience of my order. And eventually, another one came from the back and started to do the same. They continued to trash talk my order the entire time I waited, to which they then said I would have to call and place an order next time even though I had already tried? Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, especially when a customer was spending as much as I did.
