I recently had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s drive-thru.
We received the wrong size Oreo shake. When we politely asked to have it corrected, Rebecca immediately came to the window with a rude attitude, saying “You paid for a medium” as if it were our fault.
We remained patient and offered to pay the difference for a large. Instead of making a fresh one, Rebecca simply poured the medium shake into a large cup, leaving it mostly empty at the top. She then handed it to another employee and told him to fill the rest with whipped cream.
At that point, we asked to speak to a manager. The staff looked at each other, and Rebecca claimed no manager was on duty. We decided to return the item and request a refund.
The entire interaction showed very poor customer service and a lack of professionalism from Rebecca. Good service matters, especially for a company like McDonald’s. One bad experience like this can really hurt the brand.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's today and wanted to share it.
I ordered an Oreo shake, but Rebecca prepared it poorly and got the size wrong despite me clearly stating my order. When I politely pointed out the issues, she became rude and unprofessional. She then tried to have someone else hand me the incorrect shake.
I asked to speak to a manager, and she claimed no manager was on duty. However, when I requested a refund, Carlos (the manager) immediately came out to assist me.
While I appreciate Carlos handling the refund and assuring me he would speak with her, the overall experience with Rebecca was unacceptable. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left, but the disrespect I received was significant enough that I felt it needed to be addressed.
I’ve always had great experiences with McDonald’s in the past and hope this was an isolated incident. A follow-up or apology would be appreciated.

Very slow, took almost 20 minutes to get my food. It was however very busy.
