  A lot slower staff.. The manager was getting upset at the staff for good reason!... They were being disrespectful, talking back, gave up making sandwiches... Those kids should've been fired. Feel sorry for the Manager. Highlands Ranch Jimmy Johns, Young adults were Terrible. No wonder several peoples sandwiches took 30min and wasn't even busy. This was on 7 Apr 2026.

  The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and always ready on time. If you order in the store the service is lightning fast. 5 STARS team!!!! Get a cookie 🍪
