    Walking up to the register was not greeted, was stared at but not helped. All the employees were just standing talking the entire time in the restaurant not cleaning nor wanting to take our order. Had to walk away from the counter and come back in order to get helped. Gave my order then was stared at not asking if I wanted the meal or anything else. There was still Christmas playing very loudly not only you could the music the employees were playing behind the register.

    Dive through attendant told me they charge for ranch now. No way to add it on my order through the app. Done with Wendy's.

    If a customer asks for a salad with an ingredient taken off, the customer needs to be told that the salad is premade and the ingredients will be picked off so that the customer can make informed choices. Many people have severe allergies and intolerances and just taking off an ingredient will not suffice. Y'all can literally put people in the hospital by not informing them I ordered my salad with no cheese and nothing was mentioned to me about the cheese being on the salad but picked off, a fact I had not learned until after I arrived home to eat the salad. Had I known that, I would have just not ordered the salad in the first place.

    Best Wendy’s in the area. Hands down they meet all corporate standards. The staff is great at their jobs and very friendly. The Managers are also very cool. Make sure to use the app.
