If a customer asks for a salad with an ingredient taken off, the customer needs to be told that the salad is premade and the ingredients will be picked off so that the customer can make informed choices. Many people have severe allergies and intolerances and just taking off an ingredient will not suffice. Y'all can literally put people in the hospital by not informing them I ordered my salad with no cheese and nothing was mentioned to me about the cheese being on the salad but picked off, a fact I had not learned until after I arrived home to eat the salad. Had I known that, I would have just not ordered the salad in the first place.

Best Wendy’s in the area. Hands down they meet all corporate standards. The staff is great at their jobs and very friendly. The Managers are also very cool. Make sure to use the app.

Went through the drive through. We ordered our food. We got cold fries, cold chicken nuggets.
I have prepared hamburgers almost cold. We did not check our food before leaving. We just started going down the road. What happened to going through the drive through and getting good food. Instead, they just give you what they don't want or overmade.
