But then once the food was ready, I went over to grab my food and proceeded to stand at the counter looking for help because I needed a cup with my meal. I made eye contact with two employees and asked one of them for help. They both ignored me. And I proceeded to stand there for a few moments longer to see if they would notice. Eventually I just grabbed my own cup. Ice machine was out of ice, which a warm soda doesn't sound super appealing.But due to the atmosphere it seemed maybe there was a conflict in the kitchen or everyone was just in a grumpy mood. Didn't feel like asking for ice. Due to how everything has gone so far. I don't expect five star service from taco bell but a cup to go with my meal and ice for my soda would been nice. Don't recommend this taco bell.

- RWRyan WatersOct 23, 20251.0THIS IS WHAT THE LOBBY LOOKS LIKE AND IT'S I'VE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR OVER 15 MINUTES NOW AND THERE'S NO END IN SIGHT . I had to wait so long for my food and there's like one person ahead of me in line that I had plenty of time to leave this negative review. I eat at Taco Bell's all over Denver and for some reason this one does not prioritize the people that come into the building. So it's super frustrating and I hope that after they read this review, they realize the people inside the building need to be taken care of as soon as the people outside of the building
