  We had such a great experience at Outback thanks to Logan M. She was absolutely the sweetest and gave us some of the best service we’ve ever had. She was so kind and patient with me and my son, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Logan was attentive without being overwhelming, super helpful with recommendations, and just genuinely nice. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine, and he really made our visit special. Thank you, Logan, for making our meal such a positive experience we will definitely be back! :) ❤️

  The manager tonight on 2/20/2024 was awful! He tried to snatch my food out of my hands because I said the cook it wrong. I wanted it medium rare and they sent it well done. The manager was awful and I will not be returning to the store due to him. I hope other people read this review and go to a different store because of the management was so awful. The server on the other hand was awesome. He should take the managers spot because his service was a 10 out of 10. I feel sorry these servers had such horrible management. I spent $200 and definitely wish I got better service for the manager

  ​We stopped in for a meal and, even though the restaurant wasn't busy, there seemed to be a bit of a delay getting our drinks started. Thankfully, Courtney noticed us waiting and didn't hesitate for a second. ​She hopped right behind the bar herself and whipped up our drinks perfectly. It was so refreshing to see someone take that kind of initiative! She was amazing, super friendly, and really went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Excellent service—Courtney is a rockstar!

  My husband and I came to Outback for Valentine’s Day and it was a great experience. From past years we have felt very rushed at other restaurants by the staff but that was not the case here. Our server Ava was so sweet and attentive and took amazing care of us the entire evening. The food was very good, highly recommend the French and Onion soup! We look forward to our next visit!

  Dakota gave me one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten at many great places, and her service truly stood out. She was attentive, kind, professional, and made everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. Dakota checked in at the perfect times, kept everything flowing smoothly, and made sure we had exactly what we needed without ever feeling rushed or ignored. Her attitude was positive, genuine, and she clearly cares about her guests. Outback is lucky to have her. If you get Dakota as your server, you’re in great hands.
