Every time I come to Outback I have a great experience. This time was especially great because of my server Izzy. She was patient and kind when I was deciding what to order. She had great recommendations as I wanted to try something new. She was great to me and my friends who came with me and made my night!

Best experience ever! Ryan W. took great care of us. The drink he recommended was delish and I’m so glad I ordered the shrimp and chicken pasta. It was a great experience after flying in from Florida to visit family in Highlands Ranch. Thank you Ryan for making our evening! I know we’ll see you again soon.

We haven’t been to Outback in years… the last time we met was right after Covid. When I Tell you our server made the experience I am telling you he MADE the experience. My family and I had almost completely stopped going out because service almost everywhere you go is horrible. We were greeted by a nice young man named “Cade” and he was funny prompt and knowledgeable. My husband wasn’t sure of which direction to go for his steak and Cade simply explained that the ‘Delmonico’ Ribeye will change your life. He wasn’t wrong. Overall, I can’t believe Outback Steakhouse is still this good after 20+ years. Would definitely recommend! Ask for Cade if he is available!

Ribeye over cooked. They did bring another one but than added it to the bill…and than took it off and said they Comped my meal. I still paid for a ribeye… Talk about bate and switch…Had to constantly ask server for refills. Didn’t deliver any bread until we asked for it. One loaf for 6 people..Maybe 3 other tables were occupied in the whole restaurant… Definitely not busy..dropping well over $200 for food not cooked properly and none existent service…no excuse..

The last 2 times, I've said I'm never going to Outback again. Tried one more time at this location and it's the worst I've ever been to. Want a chopped salad? Sure, it comes with about 11 whole onions in it. Want a bone-in ribeye? Sure, you can have a piece of gristle with no flavor and no bone. Just awful quality. Maybe the manager should stop sitting at the end of the bar, holding the stool down and instead go check the abysmal quality that the kitchen is churning out. I should have known better, when you walk in on a Saturday night at dinner time and there's about 40 empty tables and a nearly empty bar (other than the manager and a few other soon-to-be disappointed customers). Do yourself a favor, Outback, just close it down already. It's time to stop ripping people off. ***And oddly they have a bunch of newer good reviews that are clearly their own employees leaving them. All of these reviews are calling out servers by name, which almost no real patron does--especially not over and over again all in the same week. Maybe they should spend more time trying to serve a better product than orchestrating fake/false reviews.
