The wait was extra long, especially with only 2 cars ahead of me. My wait total in the drive-thru was about 30 minutes. They were nowhere to be seen once I pulled up to the window, so I sat there and just waited. When they did finally appear, they really pack everything now into 1 bag making it very difficult to make sure one has everything they ordered. The guy that gave me my food was very rude. I typically go out of my way to avoid this location.

I’m a door dash driver and made two deliveries from there and with the first delivery the woman handing me my order just laughed and shrugged her shoulders when I asked if the new grinch fries were in the order and the second delivery she could not understand the name I gave her, brought a completely different order to me, then went back and brought me a receipt and said in broken English “this?” and expected me to lean out of the car to see the name. Absolutely unacceptable. If they cannot communicate with the customer they need not work there.
