Tried to verify with the cashier that it was the correct order and they already swiped my card. When I got up to the second window, they took my receipt and told me they'll give me the correct order without a refund and told me to pull up to the drive thru spot. We sat in the designated spot for 15 minutes while about 6 other cars went through the drive thru successfully. When it was empty, we went back around to ask where our food was. The manager on duty around 11:00 am was extremely rude when I explained what happened and asked what I wanted and why I was at the window. I had to repeat 3 separate times that I either wanted a refund or asked where my food was after waiting for over 20 minutes by the time this was done.
