I noticed that when we went to pay that the suggested tips included the cost of game tokens for game play. Obviously, I didnt tip off the price of the tokens, but some people do not look at the totals. I feel the suggested tip should be off the food and drink and not on the game tokens purchased.

We were sat at a table and had to ask to be served 4 times before someone finally helped us... we'd been sitting there for 25 minutes already at that point. Had to ask for napkins and utensils and when they finally brought some, we weren't given enough for the table. Food was average at best. Super disappointing.

We got there and no one came to serve us until I went to go tell the manager about no one coming to serve us which puts us at 20 min after we finished our first bowling round. Then our bay malfunctioned which I know was not there doing and they “fixed it” but then the screen stopped recording so they tried fixing it again. We got irritated and just left and asked for our tab and they didn’t even bother to comp us on our drink tab or the game entirely.

The full video game arcade experience with tickets and a ship that has really good variety of selections. Just really fun all around. Food was better than any place like this I've been to, with more variety and options for adults. Only suggestions are for the front office to coordinate a bit more with the main check in, and that the two individual play VR games by the front really don't work at all, partly because they just don't let you check in, but also partly because the headsets are too heavy and they fall forward and squash your face. The bands that go around your head have been overstretched.
