  If you’re getting the all you can play pass it’s not really all you can play, it’s “all you can play in a hour” then you’re back on the waitlist for more than 2 hour which they don’t tell you when buying the pass. We tried to talk to the manager DAVID about this and he said “you can either get on the waitlist or leave” and walked away from conversation. Horrible customer service

  Es un buen lugar para que los niños se diviertan , pero yo no se si el personal es todo nuevo o no tienen el perfil adecuado. En las tres ocasiones que yo ó mi hija ocupabamos nos atendieran o queríamos hacer una pregunta note hasta molestia por parte de ellos. Principalmente en el canje de premios y la persona que nos atendió al pagar las 2 tarjetas que compramos, nos dijo que iba a atender a otras personas primero y nos hizo ponernos atrás de ellas, exactamente no se explico bien porque, su nombre es Jaron F. Lo que gastamos no fue poco dinero , no se me hace justo.

  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We were so excited to bring our son here. He’s been talking about it all week. We go to the restaurant, 15 minutes go by no one acknowledges us. My husband goes to ask someone and they said someone should come around. Another 20 minutes pass. In that 20 minutes, two managers walked by and didn’t even acknowledge us and a large party had also sat down. Finally, someone came to us. We ordered everything at once since the wait was so long. It took another 20ish minutes to just get our drinks. The large party who came in after us had already had appetizers before we even got drinks. We wait almost another hour for food. Once again, everyone at the big party got theirs yet we were still waiting. My son asked the waitress to a water, he finally got it once we were done eating and ready to pay. He kept having to get up and go get water from the water fountain. We also paid $15 for the most pathetic chicken strips. We never got one I’m sorry, acknowledgement, or anything. We couldn’t even speak to a manager because they couldn’t even be bothered to look our way when we tried to grab them. The bathrooms were disgusting. Bar glasses and drinks everywhere, no toilet paper, a bloody pad on the floor, and clogged toilets. We left after we ate the mediocre food and went to Round 1 and had the best time. I will never step foot by in this place.

  I recently visited Main Event in Highlands Ranch with a friend, and it was a super fun experience overall. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere felt energetic and welcoming. I’ve always enjoyed bowling, so that’s what I ended up doing, and it didn’t disappoint the lanes were great and made for a really fun time. Right when we arrived, a staff member recommended trying the chicken Caesar flatbread sandwich, and I’m really glad I did. It was amazing fresh, flavorful, and definitely exceeded my expectations. Between the fun bowling and the surprisingly great food, the visit was totally worth it. I’d definitely recommend Main Event Highlands Ranch if you’re looking for a place to hang out, bowl, and enjoy good food.

  Never thought.I'd feel like I got a coloractal exam.But going to main event and dealing with whatever you call their business makes you feel that way. Just remember guys when they tell you, oh, you can spend as much time as you want doing this, or all you can do pass, or whatever it only means 4 1 hour.And then you gotta move your stuff and wait on a waitlist, every hour...it's okay, though, because you know, they don't tell you those things before you shirpa a whole birthday party, though you have to find it out, that's after you spent all your money on, I don't know three games of bowling for a hundred bucks. 30 dollar burger...That's great. I would suggest if you wanted to go bowling to find somewhere else.If you wanted to play games, find somewhere else.But if you wanted a really good colonoscopy, then go to main event.
