The Manager,I forgot her name but, She works Saturdays and she has long dark hair.The young woman took care of it without hesitation and delivered with a smile! 5 stars for this Manager, this location continues to exceed my expectations!

The waiter was super great and they offer military discount. The only thing I would say is negative and not really their fault, there is not much if any parking when it is busy. Especially since they are next to another popular German restaurant. The buffalo wings are great but a little expensive. Heck, my wife loves the place and it is walking distance from the movie theater.

The manager, Sydney, took her time with every detail to ensure our event ran smoothly. Our server, Vik, was absolutely wonderful and attentive to our large group. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My wife ordered an appetizer that had chips. There were hardly any chips and so she asked for more and they never brought them. I had a fried chicken dinner that came with cold mashed potatoes and I mean parts of it were actually cold not just warm. I complained and the manager came out offering more but my meal was gone and said she'd take them off the bill. We were in a hurry to get to the play and I didn't look at my receipt till I got home but they weren't taken off. I don't know if she forgot to tell the server but in any case it's the managers fault. They were also training a new server and the dynamic between the trainer and the trainee was not very good. Truthfully I would have given this one star but I think they tried to make it right they just forgot.

Even with the holiday rush, the staff was welcoming, upbeat, and gave great service from start to finish. Our food came out hot and fast, and everything tasted great — exactly what you want after a long night out. The atmosphere was fun with the Halloween crowd, and it was nice to find a place still serving with a smile that late. Definitely a solid spot to end the night. I’ll be coming back for sure!
