I'm not sure why they even offer mobile ordering at this location. For the past few months when we've done mobile orders it sits in the back for 10-15 minutes after it is completed.
The staff up front claim its the staff in the back's responsibility to bring orders up but they never do until someone gets so frustrated that the front staff goes and grabs them.
Seems like they're understaffed, but they should just disable mobile ordering if they're not going to support it.

I just ordered food for delivery. Carne asada burrito with guac and rice and salsa..$14 burrito. Well. I got a burrito with rice and guac and that’s it. To top it off, you cannot call the store. You cannot speak to anyone. It’s only automated and it’s beyond annoying. Everything is so expensive these days and for someone to put rice and guac in a tortilla and send it to someone is honestly disrespectful.
