  DO NOT PLACE ORDERS ON THE APP!!!! We placed and order through the app and we were told they were out of plain bagels after we got there. I told the cashier to please cancel the order, only to be told they couldn't do that in store. We would have to do it on the app ourselves. Only there in NO where on the app to cancel your order. I called the store and they told me I had to call the customer support line. When I did that no one answered and I was told to leave l the customer service email and someone would get back to me. All this for an order they couldn't fill. It is utterly ridiculous. Horrible Horrible business model!!!

  Denise was wonderful in helping me get past some phone issues and dealing with the app (my fault). Thanks for being so patient and gracious. This is a great location; I always enjoy coming here and seeing friendly people. The food and atmosphere are always great too!

  This location is so consistently under managed it’s wild. This is the cumulative reaction after being so underwhelmed by service many times. The latest experience this morning I came in for bagels and was told we only have what’s in the case … no plain, no everything, no pretzel. Just shut down at that point (10:25am on a Saturday). Went to the Broadway location where miraculously with the same labor pool they manage to have a full case, smaller lines, actually hot coffee with creamers, mixers and the things you would want if you are paying >$4 for coffee and ~$10 for a mediocre breakfast sandwich.
