  So slow....waited 20 minutes for the staff to bag a dozen bagels. Not cut, not toasted. Just put the bagels in the bag. Totally ridiculous.

  Took 5 minutes for someone to take my order and 12 minutes to get a toasted bagel with shmear. There was only one person in the store when they walked in.

  I went in today at the point where Heather was the only one manning the store. She was working as fast as humanely possible to get everyone out as quick as she could while still delivering quality with amazing politeness. I am so appreciative of the work she put in today to make that happen. Truly hope she is shown that appreciation.

  I didn’t think anybody could mess up a breakfast sandwich, but somehow this location did. I would rather have a microwave Jimmy Dean’s breakfast sandwich than this burnt, no flavor sandwich I just had. Needless to say, this will be the last time I come here.

  I’ve been a customer of this Einstein’s location for a long time. Since the current manager, Heather, took over more than three years ago, it’s been awesome! I’m here to pick up bagels and coffee at least once a week, usually more often. The service is fast and accurate and the food is great! We usually get egg sandwiches and always look forward to them. A couple times a month, I’ll bring a baker’s dozen bagels to work and become the most popular guy that day. Sometimes it’s very busy there but you can see Heather and her team work fast and efficiently, communicating with customers. I’m always greeted and it’s just nice to have a neighborhood place you enjoy so much.
