  The vibe is like no other. Just when you think it is all. The service is amazing. Great atmosphere.

  On a Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m., this Einstein Bros. Bagels shop had less than a dozen Bagels left and they were of the less popular varieties, and then ran out when we were there. At least four people that we watched walked right out. There were some bagels that came out of the oven when we were waiting for our sandwiches, but were told we could not have those until they had cooled down in 20 minutes (no apologies given for any of this). I have not been to a bagel shop and have them run out of the one thing they sell. This is not the only issue this particular location has had over the last couple of years. And who knows how many customers they lost that day. Not a well run location.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I pre-ordered online an hour early to pick up at 10:30. After getting in a drive thru line that was barely moving, I finally got to the intercom after 25 minutes. I tell them I have an order for pickup. They said they saw the order and to pull forward. 10 minutes later, I get to the window. They decide to inform me that NONE of my order is ready or available. That they are out of every single bagel I requested and had not even made my coffee. I had a bakers dozen, cheese bagel with shmear, and a caramel machinations. They had none of it. Nothing else to offer except to say "we've been really busy." They offer a refund and the manager apologizes. They had my name, email, and phone number and could've called to tell me they weren't able to handle my order. They could've told me at the intercom. Nothing. Absolutely shocking to be offered nothing. No discount or credit. No other options. Absolutely nothing. I hope the 10 people in line behing me actually got something to eat. Maybe someone should turn off the online ordering and cloae the drive thru if they are out of bagels. Just a thought.

  The food is fine it’s a chain restaurant. But this Einstein’s has the worst service of any single one I have been too. Unless your order a head you have to wait 20 minutes for your food. You can go through the drive through which is always slow. You can go in and be ignored by the staff for 5 minutes before you order then wait 20 minutes for your food. And even if you do order online it’s almost never ready when they tell you it will be which results in you waiting and being ignored by staff for 5 minutes and they also never put the bags in what is labeled pick up so you have to go up to the counter and ask for your food which again results in you being ignored by staff for 5 minutes. Btw I have worked at an einstein’s in my life and I can confirm it is not difficult to not completely ignore people
