- CCCastleApr 23, 20261.0Spoke with Ryann today who claimed to be a director at this location. I visit this location almost everyday. Have never had an issue today there was a little issue. I spoke with Ryan about the issue and he did not seem to have the proper training to conduct this role. He made things 100% worse for me. Chick fil a should be a fast food place that anyone can trust to do the right thing. Ryann has no management skills whatsoever. I hope no one ever has to deal with Ryann.

No time to go back so called just to let them know the inconvenience but Ken just said he'd let them know in the drive thru. No effort to make it right for the customer.

- SLSkye LeopardApr 5, 20265.0We pre-ordered and arrived to pick up right before they closed. They asked us for any changes or additions when we drove thru the drive thru. We had to pull to the paking spot waiting for nuggets. We didn't wait very long, less than 5 minutes. Everything was hot and delicious! We decided to eat in the parking lot, I was trying to turn the lights off and accidentally flashed them. At that point they had been closed for five minutes, regardless the manager came to see if we needed anything and I said it was an accident but while he was there I asked for some ketchup. He brought it with a my pleasure!
