  Ordered ahead online, took 20+ min waiting in line, two folks on cell phones while still waiting at window. We’re going to run out of gas before we get our food.

  This location at one point in time was a top-tier Taco Bell. However, things have taken a major turn for the worst. Tonight was the 3rd time in the last 2 week that I drove (20+ minutes) to eat dinner after getting off work, arrived between 1:45 and 1:53, only to be told they had closed early. Additionally, on the rare occasion that I have been able to order before, someone decided that closing 10 minutes early was more important than feeding people who just made a decision based on store hours, the quality of the food has arranged from mediocre to inedible. Whether it is rock, hard potatoes, soggy, lettuce, or in my opinion, the absolute worst, cheese that was either slightly melted or not at all, in cheesy rollup. It really is sad to see just how much this location has tanked. You’re better off order ordering stale mini tacos across the street at 7-Eleven.

  Zero stars if possible. I was the only person there and stood around for 10 minutes and didn't get my food. There were 4 girls working there. Lazy

  Came at 2:15am on a Saturday and drove through the drive thru and nothing was turned on then once we got back to the front of the building seen employees sitting in the dining area who then dunked once they noticed us. Super disappointed in the staff here considering this is their job.
