  Asked for double meat and a steak sandwich, the kid barely put any on and when I asked him to add more he did just slightly. Then before he wrapped it up and he was cutting it in half half of the meat that he put on there which was hardly any fell out and then try to tell the cashier that I was paying for double meat. I asked them to at least maybe not make me pay for the double meat since half of it fell out anyways but they insisted that I had to pay it. Places is a joke.

  the lady working there today was very rude when i picked up my order for my mom. She made the sub wrong as well when it had clear instructions to put the sauces on the side. She told me they don’t have side cups but they do because we’ve gotten them before. She proceeds to put them in water cups with no lids or anything I will say she did remake the sub but she was rude the whole interaction and to top it all off she took back the original sub and threw it at the wall i was baffled by her actions as an employee and acting like that at her age her name is Gayle(i’m not sure how it’s spelt but i know that was her name on the tag.

  The overwhelmed employees make this the most awkward experience ever. I give them grace but when they are throwing bread and slamming sandwiches im the trash and vocally having tantrums, it gets so uncomfortable. Everyone waiting for food sits in silence to not provoke them. It's happened 3 times now and I'll be driving out of my way just to avoid coming to this unwelcoming facility. I hope management sees this and gets the employees more help and addresses some of the attitudes for the others.

  ONLY REASON I’m Giving this place the review I am is because this is the 2nd time I go, and only see 1 employee working the ENTIRE PLACE! Today Malia I believe her name was, Incredible individual but totally outnumbered by the amount of customers. Her line kept growing and not once buckled under the pressure. Even with many waiting for online orders, she made it a point to clearly communicate and attempt to maintain order ALL ON HER OWN! Many times this Employee tried calling management for support and never once did they answer her. So painful to witness but Man did that young lady keep her ground as best as possible. This is the reason companies like subway lose GREAT employees. You are amazing Malia

  Everytime I come there's only ONE person working and as always they complain how they need more help. I agree, they need to hire more people. With that said I understand how stressful it is, but they really need to change their attitude as well. & I told the employee, if this job is too stressful, you have the power to change job! Another place where they can appreciate you! Don't be stuck there! I will definitely be contacting corporate about this issue. Today's problem: Employee, an older thin white female, was all over the place. She was so frazzle and couldn't be organized. She didn't even know what to charge for the client in front of me when she just made it! The problem: Besides being short staff, she cannot handle stressful situations, in this case multiple orders. Besides the rude attitude, I'm glad I doubled check my order before I left and low and behold. Missing toppings in my sandwich, I went back in and let her know I was missing pepperoni & salami, she eventually fixed it but not after being sassy with me. Will definitely let corporate know about the rudeness but most importantly the short staff.
