- JMJanell Morland3 days ago1.0This is by far one of the worst experiences of my life from papa john’s. Not only was the service terrible from the lady, but when she gave me my cheese stick, it had about 3 cups of cheese on top of it. My dough was raw very greasy. My cheese stick had crust all over. It looked like a cheese pizza. Then she shoved my sauces in the center of my cheese stick. When I asked for a refund she said her manager will do it tomorrow. I told her I was a manager at Papa John’s for four years and what I got was horrendous and so unacceptable then she just laughed at me. Then they say there was no manager at night. I called the next morning and the lady said there was no manager working and that I have to call later that night to talk to one to get a refund… absolutely ridiculous! I just hope to get my refund as I returned my “cheese stick” right away.

Then proceeded to make her pay for the food she threw away. This store needs better management, people that care about great food and service. shame on you Vashal.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because my order had a mistake and management was kind and helpful to get us a free replacement pizza.
