- LBLisa BlackburnOct 9, 20251.0What a disappointment. We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon while we were traveling thru. There were 2 girls working behind the counter and a couple of other customers eating there. The employees didn't say anything to us as we approached the counter to place our order. The vegetables looked worn out. The lettuce was wilted, brown and looked slimy. I asked to have my lettuce taken from the other bin that looked a little better. The employee never said anything - just put the sandwich together. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich - which I have had many, many times from other restaurants. I've never had one that had a strong taste of garlic to it - it tasted horrible. My husband ordered his sandwich on Italian herb bread. His sandwich was made on white. When we went to fill our drinks they were out of at least 5 of the options. This whole experience was enough to make us choose any sandwich option EXCEPT Subway in the future. Do better.
