The person working the front came and took the order of the people in front of me then ran off as I stood there at the cash register instead of taking my order or talking to me at all, rude. I didn't order and took my business elsewhere. In this world of online ordering and kiosks some people still want to order at the register and so ignoring them when you are the one running the register and taking orders, your job BTW, is terrible customer service.
