It's like sitting at an old 1980's/1990's Perkins restaurant. I was shocked at how embarrassing the design was. I had tomato bisque soup that was so acidic I threw it out when I got home. I don't think the chef tasted it. I love tomato bisque soup so it was really disappointing. I will never come back here or recommended this place Ok waitress. Needs to be revamped with a good remodel. Bad beer selection. Sam Adams is the darkest draft beer? So many great interesting drinks and beers now in 2025.

The fish here is incredible, but surprisingly I had the best streak I have ever had here.

I came in to enjoy a relaxing drink, but instead had to listen to the coach a waiter on how to do their job. This kind of discussion should really happen behind the scenes not in front of customers who are there to unwind. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially considering the trainer herself (Nicole) could use some coaching in how to handle these situations discreetly.
That said, the bartenders here are always the best and friendliest, they consistently make the experience enjoyable. The happy hour and food are great as well, which makes it all the more disappointing to have that atmosphere interrupted. Doesn't take away from the restaurant experience.

We were here for dinner back in summer of '23 and were very disappointed. We loved our Bonefish Grill in Schaumburg, IL. We moved here in '20 and were expecting the same great meal and evening. We were very disappointed. The food was subpar, the manager dud not appear clean, and the restaurant was fairly empty. We came back on Friday, 10/17/25, because we received a coupon in the mail for a free entree up to $30. We were very surprised at the changes. Our entrees were delicious! Our server. Kayla, was very attentive, personable, and provided great service and advice in our entree choices. The grilled oyster appetizer and my Dirty.Martini were very good and so reasonably priced. This location has definitely now lived up to our expectations from our dining experiences with Bonefish back in IL. The hostess on Friday evening came to our table to speak with us. We told her to compliment the chefs and thank them for our well prepared entrees. Our pumpkin brulee was wonderful! We told her we were surprised with the change in the ambience. The restaurant was very busy and had an upscale vibe. We will once again become repeat diners at Bonefish Grill.
