  Worst experience we’ve ever had at this location. Very unprofessional management interaction. They definitely did something to our order in the back. Manager is definitely a problem. Manager does not know how to have professional interaction with customers! Sucks that the food quality & management quality are a 1 star- wish I could give zero stars. If your job requires you to service customers, but you can’t leave your bad attitude at the door- it’s time for you to move on. Hope you guy’s hire quality and not just bodies

  Worst taco bell location ever. Placed an order via the app. Received a phone call from the "manager" telling me that my order was randomly picked up by another driver coz the new guy did not confirm it. Not sure what he wanted me to do about it. I said and how is this my fault? So he says as a courtesy, we'll remake it for you this one time. I said ok thanks. Driver shows up with a bag. We ordered a luxe box (no box) contents in the bag did not match the receipt stapled on the bag. So I call the store again! Sometime answered and claims he didn't call anyone about an order. Instead of just offering to fix things, or find a solution he argues with me then he hangs up on me. So I call back and the phone just rang and rang til he picked up again and again was so rude and not at all apologetic for their mistake. Kept telling me to call doordash when I didnt even order thru doordash. Suffice to say, this is the last time we're ordering from this location. Found another location with a much nicer staff than this one. Highly NOT recommend this location. I will be calling corporate tomorrow for a refund. Since now I have no dinner and money was taken.

  Rude employees. They can't understand basic comprehension skills. Forgot 3 items out of my order. Good thing I didn't drive off like I normally do after I'm done with drive thru. People are paying for food they aren't even receiving without having to check in their bags. Such pathetic people that work at this Taco Bell location. They also wanted to argue with me for a MISTAKE they made. How annoying. Steer clear of this location.

  I come here for late night stops on the way home and its just not the most enjoyable service. If you are paying at the counter it takes forever for someone to acknowledge you and when I was acknowledged they just stared at me rather than asking if they could help me and then said "do you have an order?" very rudely. The boy who helped me also speaks so quietly i have to lean in to hear and when he's told you cant hear him he doesn't get any louder and continues to mumble. Would be fine if you could hear the worker and were noticed sooner though
