The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, answering my several questions about the different cuts they offer. So far, I’ve tried burgers, hot sausage links, chicken, and steak. Everything arrived well marinated and ready-to-cook, with no additional seasoning needed. My kids can be selective about steak, but both finished their plates quite a miracle in our house. This place has earned a repeat customer!

You have the option to purchase individual cuts, combo boxes, or even a quarter of a cow. The selection of meats is truly outstanding. I highly recommend this place to everyone. - JHjungsuk haNov 12, 20255.0Good meal always starts with good chunks of meat. Found couple of strips of wagyu Picahna (Brazilian steak). Had rich dark aged color, and marbled like a granite table. Seasoned it with salt and pepper. Baked it at low temp 275. 1 hr. Then broiled for couple of minutes to get that crisp. Medium well, steak flavored cotton candy. This is an amazing store… if you wish to satisfy your culinary guilty pleasures.

My kids say its the best hamburgers they have ever had, I prefer the steaks here over big box stores. You can taste the difference. I told my wife about this place first, now she goes there 2-3 times a week without me.😅😅

The teriyaki steak tips are my favorite. But they also have fresh pork, chicken, and sausage. The staff is friendly and so helpful. It’s a great addition to southeast Denver - so good to have a reliable shop for fresh food.
