  Five stars for the Jimmy John's - 4682 S Yosemite St location. Angel (the manager) goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome, and it shows in how the whole team operates. The delivery driver is always happy and genuinely seems to enjoy the job, which is honestly rare these days. And the employee with the tattoos is world class—fast, friendly, and totally on top of it. Everyone at this store is a credit to the company and great ambassadors for the brand. Jimmy John's is lucky to have a team like this at this location.

  Worst experience with Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had. Jimmy John’s was one of my favorites. Today ruined that. 1.5 hour wait, 3 phone calls later they confirmed that the driver had my order in his car but had a “bigger order to deliver first”. They asked me if I still wanted it or to cancel. What a question. I said cancel. Then I walk back to my hotel room to see the driver with my order standing there. I said oh I just got off the phone and they canceled. He said ok and walked off with the order. Then Complained about losing tips. I already canceled on the phone 30 seconds ago, but wow, so unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JIMMY JOHNS, Waste of time
