  Worst experience with Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had. Jimmy John’s was one of my favorites. Today ruined that. 1.5 hour wait, 3 phone calls later they confirmed that the driver had my order in his car but had a “bigger order to deliver first”. They asked me if I still wanted it or to cancel. What a question. I said cancel. Then I walk back to my hotel room to see the driver with my order standing there. I said oh I just got off the phone and they canceled. He said ok and walked off with the order. Then Complained about losing tips. I already canceled on the phone 30 seconds ago, but wow, so unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JIMMY JOHNS, Waste of time

  Hispanic looking guy here, seems like the manager needs to learn some customer service skill. First of all wearing a headphone while talking to customers is so unprofessional, second the way he speaks to customers should not be okay. He seems miserable. Will not be back at this location.

  Super friendly & nice staff & they mk & fab sanny... Angel is WONDERFUL!!! Corporate if ur seeing this give the girl a raise.... also it's bs u can't tip on card!!!
