I ordered double protein and was charged for it, but the bowl clearly did not have double protein. This isn’t the first time instructions were ignored. If you’re going to charge extra, you need to actually put it in the bowl. On top of that, order accuracy is poor and there’s no effort to correct mistakes or communicate when something is wrong. For a place that relies on customization, this is unacceptable. I do not recommend ordering, especially if you care about getting what you pay for. Charging extra without delivering is not okay.
