The cashier was unable to close out our sale. They called over Nina, who had trouble as well but accomplished the task. Immediately ripping the receipt off and crumpling in her hand. Since I had used a gift card, I wanted the receipt to know my balance. She delayed, finally looking at it and handed it to me. Not an apology for her rude actions. Not a thank you for our business. Nothing, Nina just turned and walked away.

Friendly, helpful, fast staff (shout out to Jacqueline and Monday night crew) made us decide to eat in instead of take away. Surroundings pretty bare but clean and well-supplied (including rr). Two vegans able to find tasty meal off slim menu - and helped by that great staff. Thanks!

I decided to pop onto CAVA on the way home to grab a healthy dinner and they remain open after 9pm. Since this was my first time, I ordered a menu chicken bowl, 600 calories. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

I finally broke down and went to try this place. I ordered online and went to pick it up. The pickup spot should be marked I feel first. Secondly, I waited 5 more min after waiting 7 in line just to find out where the pickup was. I finally get my order only to find the chicken and extra steak I ordered was not in my bowl! Extra money paid for something I don't have, and of course on my lunch time so I didn't have the time to drive back. I am sad at this experience.

Meh. I know this place is popular for people working in DTC but this is my 4th dissappointing visit. Where's the food? The customization in their app is nonexistent. I ordered one through uber eats months ago and it was delicious. I have not been able to come halfway close to the 1st one. Very inconsistent. They text me my order is ready, I go in, no order. Every employee that passed ignored my existence. I think 3 stars is generous. For a$18 bowl I just expect WAY more in food quality, consistency, and customer service. It's not even fresh ingredients.
