    Service was terrible. I placed my order at 7:07. I got a text that it was ready to be picked up at 7:15. I came in at 7:20 to pick it up and it wasn’t on the shelf. But I got a text it was ready so I went to ask. The lady at the register literally ignored me for 20 minutes until I had to yell out I have an order. I watched 4 orders get on put on the shelf before mine and they sat there until I got my order. But I got a text my order was ready..?

    Bailey was awesome walked me thru all yummy options! Please find a way that we can tip employees! I understand the reviews but when an employee is so awesome let the guest decide if there is a tip!

    The portion sizes are abysmal. The food is delicious but portion sizes are not what is shown in the images online, or on the menu boards in store. Paid $5 extra for chicken and there was a sad 1 spoon worth inside.

    This was my 2nd visit to CAVA. My food wasn’t as great as it was the first time. I barely had any meat in my bowl, and it seemed the bowl was 1/2 empty. So they are not consistent with portions but it will consistently be $14. I will probably come back once in a while, but best believe I will be complaining about my food to the manager if this happens again. Btw, I ordered the Garlicky Shwarma bowl. It was really good the first time I ordered, this time was just MEH. So yeah, there’s that conspiracy thing again.

    Bruh… I done hit Cava twice now and both times had me questionin’ my morals 😭🔥 That steak and feta pita? Got me in a full-on chokehold, no escape. The way them flavors be vibin’ together—chef’s kiss, for real. And don’t play yaself—get that Greek dressing on the side, trust me. Now that blueberry soda??? Man, that joint hittin’ like summer in a cup 😮‍💨💙 And them cinnamon sugar pita chips? Straight-up illegal how good they is. Whoever cookin’ back there need to be locked up immediately, ‘cause ain’t no reason food should slap this hard 💀🔥 Easy five stars, no debate! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
