  Got there and was immediately met with a rude lady who was in a rush and gave me half portions on everything and spilt sauce on the top of my bowl luckily there was a nice lady at the register that was able to wipe off my bowl and give me extra napkins

  This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The portions were ridiculously small — easily the worst out of any Chipotle in the area. It honestly felt like they were going out of their way to give as little as possible. What made it even worse was the staff. They were unfriendly, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customer service. We politely asked for a little more food and even said we were willing to pay extra, but they flat-out refused without any explanation. If you’re expecting the usual Chipotle experience, don’t bother coming here. Terrible portions, bad attitude, and zero willingness to accommodate paying customers. Definitely not coming back.

  I went in at 2:30 today . layssa is the name it says on my receipt for the “host”. I’m not sure if that was the same person making my bowl but she was very rude and unprofessional. She gave me half scoops of everything and was rolling her eyes the whole time. I am a very loyal Chipotle customer but training needs to be reviewed at this location.

  Customer service was poor. They only put one scoop of rice on my burrito. When I asked for extra steak they did not give it to me, but yet still charged me every time you’d be clear employee. There would be no response or you would get stared in the eye burritos were tiny quality was poor

  Portion sizes at this location are so inconsistent, but the one thing you can always count on is that your online order will be noticeably lighter than if you walk in. Walking in can still yield small portions though, so it’s definitely a training issue. They’re also inattentive and will make you wait to order in person while they’re cleaning or fulfilling online orders. There’s some nice people who work here, but there don’t seem to be any standards at this location because of how wildly the experience varies.
