  Cava has exceptional Mediterranean bowls. It is so good we travelled an hour just to eat here. Denise in the Greenwood Village is an accommodative server and an asset to your restaurant.

  CAVA is always a must when I travel to Denver for work, and my trip today was delightful! Denise finished up my dine-in group order. She was so pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for keeping CAVA one of my favorites!

  This is a fast casual chain, but a pretty good one. Comparable in price and quality to any other line-based food chain (chipotle, mad greens, etc etc). What I like about Cava is that they are a different kind of food available at this price point. It's passable, casual Mediterranean, and it's yummy.

  Went to this place uninformed on what it was. We were surprised at the offerings, which are plentiful, and the service. They were freshly opened at the time so there may be a bit of that at play here but staff was very pleasant to newcomers. Location is great, restaurant is clean, and food seems fresh. I will have to eat more here to become familiar with combinations that work to my liking, but overall will return.

  I have no complaints about the food. You pretty much get what you expect. The cleanliness and service, however, are very subpar. Every time I’ve been here the restaurant is dirty. The trash cans are overflowing, there’s food and napkins on the floor, and overall just not much care is taken to maintain the place. The service was kinda surly, though I can’t blame the workers too much as I saw some of them taking orders while preparing food (one had to make more chicken as they had run out when I ordered it) at the same time with the line going out the door. I haven’t been back, it’s just a really overwhelming experience every time I go in there.
