  Waited almost 20 mins for food that ended up not being fresh, several people that order after us came and left! I went back like what's the hold up she said she deleted our order and forgot about us🤷🏿‍♀️ nuggets was hard to chew🤦🏿‍♀️

  Changed lettuce from leaf to shredded. Followed suit of the rest of the shredded lettuce chains. Some of the lettuce was a grey brown and wilted. Ruined the burger.

  We have tried to get Frostys here at least four times this month at this location past 9pm and they’ve refused each time :(

  I showed up up at 1215. Only 2 cars in drive thru. Christopher took my order. Started.... To take my order. I only wanted 3 items. I said to values "chicken sandwiches and...." And was cut off. Said hold on, kept huffing in the mic like I was just such a problem Finally turned his mic off. I sat there for 3 minutes. Finally said hello, in a very light tone. Not upset at all. And he said "just a moment!" And finally he said "what else after the chicken sandwiches" I wanted a small chocolate frosty. He said he didn't have any frostys. Which means they shut the ice cream down before closing so it's easier on them to do their job. Extremely rude. Will never come back. Never also just went to eat my sandwich. They are too lazy to make the value sandwich and put spicy chicken sandwiches on my bread. This is so sad
