  As long as the management lets homeless people knock on every window in the drive through begging them for change like the store manager did tonight I'll take my chances elsewhere.

  came out just to go to wendys. got turned away at 10:15 pm. told "we are only taking mobile orders."

  My wife just got home from visiting this store and she was not happy with the service and upon getting my food I found that the lettuce was brown the chicken looked like it had been siting under a heat lap for a while my side had no ice and was flat I wasn't going to review anything in tell I saw how many bad reviews this store gets Wendy's need to get it together being in people that actually care about there jobs and want to give good service we live in LaSalle and from now on we'll go to the other store on 47th ave because this was just a waste of almost 80 dollars in food. DO BETTER!!!!!!

  I didn't get my food and they lied to my face. They hung up twice on me and wouldn't help me with a refund. They were very very rude. They refused to help me . I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for a manager and she refused.
