  Ordered 2 spicy potatoe soft tacos were as they should be then side order of just plain nachos and cheese dip, came out with a quesadilla, dont know where that came from and was missing my chips. Then had to wait in the parking lot for about 10 mins for something I did not order like do you not look at what you are doing come on guys have some self pride 🙄 you're getting paid to do your job correctly and it's a pretty simple job..

  The hostess was rude when we ordering, the way she expressed cash only and when we asked for extra hot sauce. The tacos where crushed in the bag. We used to enjoy the employees at this store, we will need to rethink about coming back.

  Super slow staff been waiting for 20 minutes and they were still working on my order.i had one item it shouldn’t take so long they are barely even busy. never coming to this location again 👎👎

  This place is terrible. I stopped in on my way to work and ordered 2 soft tacos and a 5 layer beefy burrito only two staff working well one staff working the other was sitting in the office feeding her face. When I finally Acknowledged the staff that was busy eating got an attitude like I had interrupted her dinner when I asked about my order. She walked over to the register and canceled my order and then proceeded to tell me I never ordered anything and then went back to feeding her face. I will never return to this location very poor customer service.

  If you are a delivery driver this place is absolutely horrible. Staff will look right at you and ignore you while trying to get help or ask about orders you are picking up. It took almost 20mins just for someone to actually come and help us. Taco Bell needs to either retrain these people or just get a new team of staff because it’s ridiculous
