- MBMary BusbyApr 4, 20261.0Asked the employee if my coupon would be honored with a purchase of the Monster sandwich. He replied, "yes, no problem". When he used the coupon it was rejected. I tried to ask him why he told me wrong, thinking maybe he would give me another option. He talked over me & raised his voice. About a week later I went to another Subway here in Greeley. I used my gift card, the same one I had used at 4835 W. 10th Street. The employee informed me that there was no money on the card. When I left the Subway at 4835 W. 10th St. I had approximately 80 dollars on it. I'm not saying that this rude employee at 4835 stole the money on the gift card but it does make me wonder.

Staff was friendly but complained a lot about a coworker calling out and then when I was sitting down eating after 2 customers picked up orders she complained that someone stole her tips. So me trying to be nice I gave her $3 for a tip and she took it and just threw it towards the tip jar and had an attitude. Now I see why this place doesn't get much traffic and why they go through workers so much. Never eating here again!
