When I give this place a one star with the food service and atmosphere included it’s for good reason place always takes forever never has good customer service and recently I ordered and they don’t give sauces online you have to pay for them which is absolutely fine but I ordered French toast sticks and I guess you have to pay for syrup which I’m also alright with but I didn’t know so I contacted support got ahold of an operator and they helped me solve the issue next day while I was at a friends grave after another friend passed away the store continues to blow my phone up when I finally answered some guy on the phone who was super rude told me the same thing the other person did being a sensitive time I hung up and he continued to call me the food was cold and we had no straws as well I kept ignoring when they left a voicemail saying the same thing with a worse tone then before and finally stopped calling these people take one bad experience to heart and will bother you for wanting what you should have gotten in your meal either way in my opinion will be going to the one by the mall from now on this place sucks

Just went to the sonic in Greeley on 10th and had the absolute worst service!! Paid $50 for our food and was told they didn’t receive the payment even after showing them the statement on our bank app. The manager on site was extremely rude yelling at my husband and grabbed the food out of our car window!!! Will definitely be going back in the morning to speak with the GM and get a refund!!!

I submitted an order today at 1:12 and the app said it would be ready at 1:18. I checked in at the exact time the app said, people who arrived after received orders first, then my food was cold and my burger bun soggy. I submitted a complaint on Sonic online customer service as this is the best way to ensure accountability. I then received a call from the store manager or manager on duty. They began the phone call with they don't have control on how long the food sits after its ordered. So by me being there at the time the app said to be there means I waited too long??? Then tells me most people just call the store so do that next time... uh? Excuse me? I'm no longer going to this location. I'm not sure how a 6 min difference from submitting the order and then picking up means that causes my food to be cold and soggy.
