    If I can leave this place a zero star review, it would definitely earn it. Me and my partner placed an order and paid for it. The food was apparently "finished and ready to be picked up." The time we came to pick up our order, we went through the drive thru. The man answering the drive thru gave us an incoherent excuse on why our order was not done or why we couldn't get a refund, when the app clearly states that when our order is not made that we get a refund at said store. We went through the drive thru again, got the the same answer and told that we can't be refunded and to go through the app. We went through the app again and it clearly stated that we could get our refund from the store that we placed the mobile order through. We waited and waited at the windows, there were camera so they could clearly see us but apparently nobody was doing their job at all because we waited for a solid 5 minutes at the windows. I will definitely no longer be at this place again or even eat eat McDonald's again. I will tell other people about this location and photo evidence will be placed here to prove that I am not a liar. I do hope someone loses their job because we were blantly ignored and I am manager at a fast food establishment myself, so I DON'T want to hear the excuse. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

    Food is never hot they always have you pull to the second window or parking spot even when there is no one else here. Theres barely anyone who speaks English. It always takes way longer than any other location

    When i am able to get my food it's mediocre at best. This morning I ordered using the mobile app, waited 40 minutes and they never brought me my order or came out to let me know they didnt have something. This location really was only good at breakfast and now they aren't even good at that.

    I went and spent 45 MINUTES in line for 3 sandwiches and while we were waiting at the window the employees were just standing around and laughing. We hade asked f we can speak to a manager and ask if we can have a discount after how much time we spent in line. The manager never came to talk to us and she had her employees tell us no. We were EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED with their service so we left and did not buy there food.

    Came to the McDonald's that's closest to my house (47th ave) to try the new Big Arch Burgers. Placed the order on the mobile app so I could use my rewards. I got at to the store at 7 PM and they told me that they were out of quarter pounder patties and that they could cancel my order. My fiance went in to ask the manager how long it would take for me to receive my refund and if they could do anything about the rewards I lost since I wouldn't be able to use it at the other McDonald's location. The manager, Lestat, was super rude and literally said "it's not my problem". Lestat barely spoke English and had 0 customer service skills. All we were trying to see is if they could give us a $5 gift card/coupon for not only losing my discount but also for the inconvenience of having to go across town to another location because it is 100% your problem that you don't thave the products that your app allowed me to purchase. We went to the McDonald's on West 10th and explained the situation to another manager (also didn't speak any English and had to have another employee translate) to see if they would make it right and they basically said the same thing. There was nothing they could do. Its very frustrating that there is no customer service and these large corporations don't give a damn about their customers. I also don't understand how you can have managers who deal with the public, the public who primarily speaks English here in America, and they can't even communicate or understand what's happening. As far as the food.... My fiance loved it. His burger was fresh and looked good. Mine was gross. My patties were old and dry and the whole thing was slopped together. I wish I would of taken a picture to show im not exaggerating but I was over it. I have no idea if it was good with the crispy onions because mine all fell out. My patties and cheese were only on half the bun... Ridiculous.
