  Drive thru order. They told me to pull up they were waiting for fresh fries. I tried them as soon as they gave me the bad i grab sone fries and bam cold and old! Very upset. Paid extra for large just to not eat them

  Stopped to eat about 12:30 in the day and the drive thru was very busy, quite a few people inside ordering also so I wondered how it was going to be. The young lady at the register was very friendly with a great smile and a positive attitude. she was handling the register and sacking orders and keeping up with it and I noticed she limping a little, had a brace or wrap on her ankle and it looked like she was hurting but she was doing a terrific job. I admire her work ethic and sunny outlook even when hurting and busy. Not only was the service good but the place was clean, tables and floor, and the restroom was clean, A good place to stop at.

  My boyfriend and I went there for dinner tonight. He had to ask for a receipt, they had us pull forward because they were out of printer paper. We get the receipt and they charged us $.50 each for the 4 BBQ sauce we ordered. My boyfriend went back inside to ask about it. They said it's a new thing that started this year. Okay. Whatever the food is getting cold. We get home..... there is zero BBQ sauce in the bags. ZERO.

  Entered the drive thru alone ordered two chicken biscuit breakfast sandwiches. The lady says pull to the window without confirming nor relaying the total. Pulled to the window and the total was mimbled at me incoherently. I handed my payment over received the receipt and food which felt light and the total seemed short but as I couldn't make what was said I couldn't catch the error in time to correct it. I was rang up for , charged for and given one of the two simple sandwiches with no alterations as if I'd been giving tasks to Sisyphus in a chinese dial ct of ancient Egyptian heiroglyphics.

  Your poor time management isn’t my issue. The Wendy’s on 8th stops breakfast at 10am if the manager here can’t figure out their timing, that isn’t the customers fault, the attitude I got from the cashier is ridiculous. I had people honking at me like it’s my fault! Terrible service.
