    They cannot get orders right. Every time we go we have to go in to fix it. This last time we had to open every item to prove it was wrong because they were arguing with us. They didn't even give us the correct number of items

    Just went to this location by centerplace today, the most terrible service i have received from this location, I ordered 55$ worth of food after talking with the “service champion” about fixing my order at the intercom because he couldn’t get it right I finally make it to the window and give him 100$ he then says he cannot take it, so your telling me taco bell doesn’t have two twenty bills and a five, are we being for real. As a former shift leader here you have to lock in and serve the customer and either say at the intercom we are not excepting big bills so my time is not wasted or go to the safe and pull out change for me, I was the only person in line and after a rush at 8 o’clock they should have plenty of bills for my change, all in all just the worst service i have received, i’d expect more from this location.

    My husband and I came in during a rush and the workers were very kind and attentive despite being slammed. They mixed up a couple things in our order, but they were more than happy to fix it and I didn’t feel like we were imposing one bit. I especially appreciated Avery who personally thanked us for being the “kindest people who’ve ever came through”. That broke my heart because we didn’t even do anything special at all. He made the whole experience so much better. Please be kind to these guys, they work hard #averyisthebomb.com #💯

    I’m not sure if this is normal for this particular location but- I’ve never experienced this before with Taco Bell. My partner and I just got home from this location, we opened up the bag and everything seemed fine until I opened up the cheese quesadilla. It’s un-cooked, little to no cheese and the sauce that’s normally served with it was missing.

    I been here a few times and tonight was the first night I had a bad experience. I ordered one of the Nacho Doritos Gordita and a drink then realized I wanted two of the those so I said can I get two of the nacho Doritos, which I can see where the confusion is, I’m half wake as I just got off work and wanted something quick. I check the screen and said it was right not realizing the information was wrong. I got my food paid and drive around the corner of the parking lot to find out I got two regular nachos and one Gordita. I went to the drive thru again to ask if I can get them replaced or refunded and the girl said they couldn’t refund it and that I said everything was right in the screen when she asked and she cut me off saying that I did say that etc, every time I asked a question the girl would mute her headset and just say nothing or just repeat they couldn’t do a refund or exchange anything. This is bad customer service as any fast food chain has the technology and power to refund or exchange an item as things happens. This employee needs to be properly retrained or simply fired for her work ethic and attitude as the car in front of me also had a bad experience but seeing them flip her off.
