When we arrived, the employee on duty was socializing with her friend and seemed visibly upset that we had walked in. I had to repeat my order multiple times before she began preparing it. I specifically ordered sandwich meals, but she denied that I did. When I went to grab the chips that come with the meal, she dug the receipt out of the trash and told me I needed to pay for them separately. When I asked her to correct the order and make them meals, she refused, saying a manager was not on site, and insisted that I pay for the chips again. My partner went in to speak with her, and she began cursing at him, saying, “you’re crying over six-dollar chips.” Her friend, who was hanging out inside the store, then started recording him on a personal phone. To make matters worse, when we got home and opened our sandwiches, we found hair in the food. The employee had her hair down and unrestrained while preparing our order, which is unacceptable and unsanitary. This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unprofessional and unsafe. I expect to be contacted regarding this matter and would like a full refund for our order.
