- AAAshlei Johnson (Ash)May 4, 20231.0The most sad subway experience of my life. The toaster is broken but they won't let you know til your sandwich is already made. Now your choice is food waste or a cold meal. I asked for lettuce and because of the massive line wasn't able to see if it got on my sandwich- nope. No lettuce. They're also out of onions and a few other ingredients. I get it- I've worked at subway, I remember having my first job ever too- but maybe set your employees up for success. Side note: the two employees also spent basically the entire time I was in there talking smack about the veggie patty I was ordering for my partner. They don't have to like it, they're not eating it. But a little common decency would've been cool.

The employees were nice enough and were apologetic about their lack of Subway amenities. Not their fault. Poor franchise.
