    The customer service at this location was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was discourteous from the beginning of the interaction. When I asked for a bag for my sandwich, she responded in a confrontational manner and told me not to give her attitude, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Unfortunately, I did not obtain her name. I hope this feedback helps address the issue and improve the customer experience moving forward.

    It’s been awhile since I’ve ate subway so we ordered online trying to be quick since it was late, I didn’t realize my original chicken bacon ranch changed recipe. Rotisserie chicken to be exact. I told the girl making the food I didn’t realize this and asked if I can get the original chicken because that’s what I’ve always gotten. She said no and didn’t care whether I like the rotisserie chicken or not. We ended up having to cancel our order which in result took her 20 min to get ahold of the manager to get it canceled. Very disappointed. Will not be going back ever again.
