  Got a breakfast burrito and it was awful. First bite raw onion nothing else. Second bite raw onion with some stale sausage. Only able to make it half way because once I finally got to the eggs they were soaking wet in i dont even know what. Do you guys look at the food you are about to serve? Just shut it down tbh.

  Breakfast burrito was cold and had soggy eggs and bottom of tortilla was pretty much wet, with barely any sausage and there was too much of cold onions and tomatoes with jalapeños that tasted old is gross. And what cheese was that cause it looked slimy on the eggs. I feel sick and will not go back.

  Rude guy on the register , got rude when i started asking question that he could not answer …. Called in for the manager , manager explained it a little better but also seemed kinda annoyed her self (dont know if it was because of me, or the employee) …zzcan we please hire better in fast food and retail … im a very polite person and cant stand how rude the fast food and retail industries have become

  This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Make sure you double check your order. This is the second time they didnt put some of the food I paid for and ordered in the bag. They also will ask you multiple times for sauces and cheese that go with your order that you paid for and again, forget to put it in the bag. Then when you get home and see some of the items aren't there, all they will do is refund you the cost of the condiments that you paid for while you eat some dry ass food. When they should give you the same item for free the next time you eat there. Again, TERRIBLE customer service by the employees, especially the manager. Today is 11/6/2025 incase the regional manager reads this review.
