I tend to shop at another store for my groceries due to the convenience of their location, but I will make the trip across town to buy my cakes from this specific Safeway because of the friendly staff and great service!

There is this tall big guy at night who often walks behind you when shopping, which is very awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve come to this store for a long time now but it’s getting to a point that I no longer want to come because I don’t feel like it’s a welcoming store anymore. It’s sucks bc at the end of the day it’s not their store and also because we leave our money there to get such an awkward treatment. I don’t think there is a reason for staff to walk behind you while doing your shopping honestly. Idk what type of ppl they have dealt with before but we are not there to steal. we go late at night to do our grocery shopping in peace and if this sudden change is due to political views then something needs to be done, because grocery stores are for the public.
