During a recent visit, gold kiwis were incorrectly charged at the regular price (~$7 each) instead of the sale price (~$2.77 each). The cashier (young lady)tried to help thru the app in my phone(reclipped the coupon), but the issue persisted. The most frustrating part was the interaction with the Head Clerk, M. After a 10-minute wait, she arrived with a visibly bad attitude and immediately demanded, "Did you clip the coupon?" When I explained the situation, she simply looked at the screen, stated "It's not clipped," and offered zero effort or willingness to resolve the pricing error or offer genuine assistance. Her unprofessional, "I don't want to be here" demeanor was contagious. This is the third time we have encountered this kind of unhelpful service. I will now avoid this store to prevent future frustrating shopping experiences. Management seriously needs to address the staff's customer service and attitude.
